This payment acts as a booking deposit, and is required to reserve your appointment. Booking deposits are non-refundable.
In the case that your appointment must be rescheduled, please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice to change your appointment time. I will gladly work with you to find an alternative date.
In the case of customer cancellation, less than 24 hour notice of rescheduling, OR late attendance of more than 20 minutes past your scheduled appointment time your deposit will NOT be refunded.
